2. Fill out application form (sales person application form at the reception)
3. Take exam (aprox. 30mins)
4. HR interview (be lively! it helps!)
5. Endorsement/ interview with Sales Manager (if applicable)
6. Endorsement/ interview with Sales Director (if applicable)
7. Complete/ Submit requirements to Recruitment Department (wait for the advised date)
8. Attend training (5 days)
9. Pass revalida (its FUN!) and (its scary)
10. Be affiliated under the #1 condominium developer in the Philippines!
