1. Where should I send my resume?
A: You may send them through jasper.santos@smdevelopment.com or personally submit them to 14th floor Tower A, Two E-com Building, Mall of Asia complex, Pasay City

2. What industry does SMDC belong to?
A: SMDC is a subsidiary of SM group of companies that is in the Real Estate industry

3. How long is the contract and is it renewable?
A: Yes, contract are RENEWED based on parameters met. PS-3months SM-6months BNM-6months

4. Will we be focused to one project?
A: You will be given a focused project BUT to your advantage, You may still SELL/OFFER ALL SMDC projects

5. How is the training process?
A: before anything else, applicants with incomplete requirments will not be admitted to the training. The training process will run for 5 days and passing the revalida will seal your position with SMDC. (+lunch is provided).

BE1withSMDC: THE PROCESS

1. Set an appointment for interview/exam schedule (text me @ 0927-9167548)
2. Fill out application form (sales person application form at the reception)
3. Take exam (aprox. 30mins)
4. HR interview (be lively! it helps!)
5. Endorsement/ interview with Sales Manager (if applicable)
6. Endorsement/ interview with Sales Director (if applicable)
7. Complete/ Submit requirements to Recruitment Department (wait for the advised date)
8. Attend training (5 days)
9. Pass revalida (its FUN!) and (its scary)
10. Be affiliated under the #1 condominium developer in the Philippines!

1. Proof of SSS and TIN
2. 2x2 ID picture (2pcs in white background in business attire)
3. 1x1 ID picture (2pcs in white background in business attire)
4. NBI clearance (updated within 6 months)
5. Transcript of Record or diploma
6. Clearance from previous employer or resignation letter signed by HR Department
7. Photocopy of 1 government ID

Qualifications:

Property Specialist

-18-35 years old

-fresh graduates without experience

-undergrad (2 years collegiate level) at least with (1 year real estate experience)

Property Specialist 2

Executive Property Officer

Sales Manager

-26-40 years old

-graduate of any 4 year course (degree holder)

-2 year managerial position in real estate

Broker Network Manager

-25-45 years old

-must have a wide network of brokers/sellers/agents
